Comparison between Jody Moore's and Brooke Snow's program

Ok probably nobody cares that I'm doing this except maybe a couple of sisters who have wondered the difference between each program and if I would recommend one over the other. So let's dive in.

Jody's content
Each month there is a topic or a class that she does. You get 3x a week coaching calls or Q&A's.
Everything is focused on your thoughts/feelings/actions/results. She hopes that you will apply these teachings and do thought downloads and models but it's not required.

Her calls are webinar form so you can't see everyone (she changed this because it wasn't like this when I first joined).

She has an anynonomous Q&A platform.

It's month-to-month. So you can cancel at anytime and jump on at anytime. But once you're out of the program you can't access past things.

She offers bonus materials for members and those that are elite members.

Cost is $49 a month

Brooke's program
Focused on establishing habits. Her motto is show up in your true identity, in your habits, and do it every day.
She has a new course 3x a month, 1 week off. There is a theme for the month. All the courses build on each other.
Thought work is part of it but it's majority of how to implement the basics (food, sleep, movement, meditation, etc) and do it every day.

She has a 'floor' for doing this program but she does say that meditation is pretty much requirement; she believes in it that much. :)

She has a Q&A 3x a month that coincides with the course of the week. She just starting having one person on to do one-on-one coaching (we're in month 7) but she hopes to do it each week from now on.

Mighty networks is the app we use to ask questions and help answers questions. Brooke answers every question.

The program is only offered once a year because it's a 10 month program. You're committed for the whole thing, but if you complete the program, you have access to the material for life.

Brooke offers bonus materials/courses to members and she has been adding things this time around like new guided meditations.

Cost is $99 a month

My thoughts
I love both of these programs and would definitely recommend them. I think doing Jody's program first for a couple of years was the foundation to springboard into Brooke's program. It's like I took the tool box of knowledge from her course and applied it this year and I'm so grateful for everything I've learned.

But just for myself, I can do thought work all day long but if I'm not taking care of myself in others way like in my sleep, my eating, moving my body, etc., thought work only goes so far (totally my opinion).

In an outward sense, I've made the most changes in my life in terms of habits in just 6.5 months than I have in my whole life. It's done wonders for my health, physically and mentally. I want to do a post at the end of the year on what habits I've implemented.

I also love that Brooke's program always has gospel connections. I'm going to be so sad to see the program end.

It's hard to say do one over the other because I say do Jody's for at least a year and then jump into Brooke's. Thought foundation is huge and then use that knowledge to deep dive into habits that can help you live in your true identity as much as you can.

But if I have a program that I love more and if I could pick to have lunch with one of them, it would be Brooke.

  1. I love that you did a review of both programs...I am definitely that sister that wants to know this! Ha! And I loved how you ended it too (who you would have lunch with!). I am struggling with keeping a meditation habit going...that's interesting that's her requirement. You'll have to teach me all you know!

  2. Interesting thoughts on both programs. I have definitely seen a change in you over the last several years. Both programs have benefited you in many ways. Of course, you were practically perfect to start off with. Love you. :)
