BBC does it again...

I feel like I should write my own post about this since I wrote a post about Downton Abbey a few years back...

Lark Rise to Candleford! People, have you seen this great show?? I cannot get enough of it. I eyed it on the library shelf many times but the first season cover looked tacky so I overlooked it. But then I was talking to my friends and they loved the show so I felt like I had to give BBC another shot and once again, did not fail me! What is it with British TV shows? They just know how to suck you and make you spend 50+ hours watching their fantastic shows...and then we watch them AGAIN.

I have an itch that Lark Rise will do that for me too. I'm almost done with the 2nd season and have loved every episode. What's great about this show is that it's clean, lighthearted, has great story lines that apply moral principles, funny, and purely entertaining. I watched almost the first season while cooking 20lbs of meat for our tenant chili party. It's one of those shows that you don't have to glue yourself to to understand the jist of what's going on. The 2nd season so far is my favorite! Hilarious characters that make the show exceptionally fun to watch. Austin and I have been laughing hard.
